East Street Exchange - Walworth

The East Street Exchange is a new 20sqm community workspace extension to East Street Library in Walworth. Along with the refurbishment works for the library itself the new extension offers a rentable asset for local businesses and industry. The bright red wiggle cladding and beacon light chimney are a nod to the thriving industrial and manufacturing context of the Old Kent Road.
